My experience at Greenway Autonation was one that I will tell my friends about when they are looking for their next car. To start, there is always someone who is willing to step-up and help. For example, when I first called in I was assigned to Karen as my sales rep. She was very informative about the vehicles that were available for sale. It was a great experience to talk to her that I came in unannounced to test drive the all new 2025 Chevy Blazer Ev. When I came in, it was already late and close to their closing time. I requested to speak to Karen, but since she was unavailable Jesus offered to do the test drive with me. When we did the test drive Jesus broke down everything about the car and answered all my questions. We talked about the material of the interior, all the features the car has to offer, and the best practices for maintaining an electric vehicle and how to get the most out of the battery since this would be my first experience owning and driving an electric vehicle. After leaving the dealership, I contacted Karen to schedule a time for me to come in the next day. We agreed on a time, but due to my work schedule I got held up and had to reschedule for a different time. Karen informed me that the time I requested to reschedule for did not work for her since she had to pick up her son from daycare but went the extra mile to make sure that someone would be around to help. She put me in contact with Zack who assisted me on getting an out the door price for the vehicle. After some negotiations, and talking with Alex, Zack did a great job on getting me the best deal possible for the car and also the best financing possible. After agreeing on a price, I asked Alex if it would be possible to arrange transportation to pick me up from my house in Loxahatchee. Alex agreed to provide transportation and gave me two options: he could send a shuttle to pick me up or reimburse me the cost of an Uber. Alex also helped me claim the $50 rewards card Chevy was offering for having test drive an EV. When it came time to sign all the paperwork, it was a quick and seamless process. Alex was there to make sure the final price on the paperwork was correct, Karen was there to answer any last minute questions I had about the car and had all the paper work ready to go. After signing the paperwork Karen pulled up the car, made sure the detailing was done properly, and showed me how to charge the car. She made sure the onstar was setup, and patiently walked me through the rest of the setup of my car as well. After charging the car, Alex and Karen ensured me that I could come back to charge my car any time until I got my charging station setup. When I went back a few days after to charge my car, Alex went out of his way to help me and made sure the car was charging. From the moment I walked in to look cars to driving off the lot in my new car, the team at Greenacres Autonation did a great job making sure the process was stress-free, no pressure, and seamless. The whole staff worked together as team and went above and beyond to help me feel welcomed and accommodated whenever I was there. Not once did it ever feel stressful, anxiety inducing, or high-pressured, to purchase a car. I can't say enough about Alex, Karen, and the rest of the staff at Greenacres Autonation and will be recommending anyone who is looking to buy a new car to start there first.
