Gus met us the first time and explained everything we needed to get a new key for. When it came in we met Jacob at station # 5. He was super the whole time explaining exactly what to do. He even helped arrange for us to get a courtesy ride to and from home. We also needed to come in for a recall so they needed the car all day. very friendly and knowledgeable. A shout out to Alex who drove us (very carefully) to and from home!!!
