Confirmed Service Customer
My repair was an emergency repair that I had not anticipated. The service department team was able to get me an appointment for the next morning. My service advisor Christian was very responsive and kept me informed throughout. I had travel plans booked and the service team was able to diagnose, order parts & repair well ahead of my scheduled departure. What was a very stressful situation was eased by the great service team @ AutoNation Chevrolet Greenacres.
