Confirmed Service Customer
My service writer Daren did an outstanding job explaining the services for my truck. But not happy with pricing. Had a fuel system service performed to clean my injectors. Was quoted a price 1/31 of this year, when I get there to do the service, not only was the price a lot more but it was explained to me that the service itself has been changed from a 4 step process that I was quoted to a 2 step process and at a higher cost to me. Fortunately I had a coupon which Daren honored and he even gave me a discount to offset the price change. Everything with Daren was great, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. There are too many other places that provide the same services without the high pricing and gimmicks that I received there and at a fraction of the price. Example- Oil change was over $130. And I was told my sway bar links need replaced at a cost of $436! That is outrageous! I know that the parts are only about $15-$20 ea. and labor is 30 minutes, meaning I shouldn’t be paying more than $200 max for that service. It’s ashame, because I have bought many vehicles from your dealership over the last 30 years, but I’m done. I will not be ripped off going forward, and will be looking for other options when it comes to service on my truck, as well as shopping for a new Traverse for my wife later this year.
