Confirmed Service Customer
Darren Evans is just incredible at his job. My grandfather bought his cars at Greenacres Chevrolet back when it was Maroone. He insisted on me buying my first Silverado from that dealership. He dealt with Darren on all his service needs and thought so highly of him, he refused to do all of his business with any other location. That was in 2005. I have continued the tradition myself for several years now on multiple different vehicles that I only want serviced through Darren. Not only is he always attentive to what is needed or what I've reported to him, but he always goes the extra mile to fully diagnose the issue and show a thorough due diligence in getting my secondary warranty to cover repairs, when possible on one vehicle, and ensure any coverage's that can apply on my second vehicle are always found and utilized. Maintaining a vehicle can be difficult and expensive at times, but when you have someone like Darren at the forefront of those efforts, you can rest easy that what you are paying for is well worth it and the piece of mind is endless. I'm very particular with my vehicle care and to say I trust Darren fully, is a huge statement in my house. I would recommend him to anyone in need of service, or even advice on the idea of service. Customer service in our country right now is on life support and I appreciate Darren refusing to follow those trends and staying true to doing what's right for the consumer. Thank you, Darren and thank you Greenacres Chevrolet for allowing Darren to make you look really good!
